THE SIZE OF PEOPLE

THE SIZE OF PEOPLE
How far you go in life depends on your being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of the weak and strong. Because someday in your life you will have been all of these.
-George Washington Carver

A person is huge, when speaking in front and live according to what he says, when dealing with love and respect, when you look into his eyes and smile frankly.

But is small when only thinks of themselves, and makes others believe he thinks of them when he really doesnt, when he is ungracious, doesn't work with others, leaves when they are needed the most.

But it is small, when disappointed, when it strikes, when acting with pride, when it is not supportive, when he lies, when he can not apologize.

A person is great, when can give, if not afraid of receiving, when the characteristic joy, when faced with sadness, when anger dominates.

But it is insignificant when despised, when you forget the favor, when only looking for their brilliance, their interests, their welfare. Is diminished further when assaulted, when it distorts his testimony, when he kills with slander.

A person is great, when you extend your hand, when you close your mouth and open your heart when its sensitivity is as big as his size ...

So ..

If you stop to admire the amazing and endless work of a single ant ...
If you are amazed and try to understand the admirable beauty of a honeycomb ...
If you stop to follow the extraordinary speed and the wonderful skill of a hummingbird in flight ...
If you sat on the floor and offer your hand to a dog so she could lick it ...
If you lie on the grass and you delight with the perfume of a flower magic ...
If you hear the silent voice of the eternal waves of the sea ...
If you smiled  the same smile you saw in that child ...
If you feel run down your cheeks tears you saw the same sad decline, the wrinkled face of that poor old ...

If you felt all that ...

In truth you've lived intensely every moment of your life, which filled your soul beauty, love your heart, and everything.

YOU BECAME A BIG PERSON!

WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE
